Our Cultural Recruitment Approach
Job Description Review & Cultural Alignment
We refine your job descriptions to ensure they are inclusive, strengths-based, and culturally inviting. Our process uses plain, accessible language and highlights values, flexibility, and community connection — helping you attract candidates whose culture is their strength.
Behavioural Call Screening
CNIC designs bespoke behavioural screening questions around your organisational values. These conversations reveal cultural fit, resilience, and communication style — ensuring candidates align with your workplace culture and values.
Candidate Snapshots & Recommendations
We provide concise, evidence-based Candidate Snapshots for the top 2–4 applicants, combining professional experience, behavioural insights, and cultural fit. This empowers your team to make confident, informed hiring decisions.
Post-Placement Support
Our partnership doesn’t end on day one. CNIC provides three months of post-placement care, including cultural mentoring, check-ins, and guidance for both the candidate and their manager — improving retention and wellbeing.
3-Month Post-Placement Support
Our commitment doesn’t end once the role is filled. We walk alongside both you and your new hire for the first three months to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success. This includes:
Regular Check-Ins – Scheduled follow-ups with the new employee and their manager to provide guidance and feedback.
Cultural Support – Advice on cultural protocols and respectful communication to help build strong, safe working relationships.
Early Issue Resolution – Addressing potential challenges before they become barriers to success.
Retention Focus – Supporting both the employer and employee to strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and long-term retention.
This additional layer of support reflects our belief that recruitment is not just about filling a vacancy – it’s about creating sustainable employment outcomes that work for everyone.
Eddie Solien - Founder, Indigenous Job Match
“Successful recruitment doesn’t end on day one. Our three months of post-placement support is about creating sustainable employment pathways — making sure your new hire feels culturally safe, supported, and confident, while also walking alongside managers to strengthen understanding, communication, and long-term success.”
